York Amblers Members Awarded Certificate of Commendation.

At the York A.G.M. on 20th November 2019 Alan Clark and Ken Walker received framed certificates and letters of commendation from Ramblers Central Office for outstanding contributions to walking.
Alan helped to found the York Amblers in 1995 and apart from organising their walks for 10 years, he was also an active working party member involved in the maintenance of footpaths.
Ken has also been a stalwart of the York Amblers, having a prodigious knowledge of the footpath network, and was also for many years a working party member along with Alan.
